The aim is to develop an adaptive system for restoring limb strength and amplitude, which will allow the rehabilitation process to be supported and monitored. Adaptive restoration of limb strength and amplitude, i.e. in concentric or eccentric modes, would allow the patient to return more quickly to daily life, activities, physical activity and professional sports. The aim is to develop and market, in a relatively simple and affordable way, a new product that adaptively selects the training/exercise process for specific limb injuries, while at the same time assisting in the dosage of loads. The system under development is unique in that it will digitise the rehabilitation process and will have the following features: it will allow the creation of a load and its programmatic control according to individual needs; it will allow the measurement of the force, displacement and velocity of the movement; the data will be logged and stored; and it will generate recommendations for the patient.
